Membership is an excellent way to show your support of the Children's Museum of the Lowcountry while enjoying valuable benefits. And with levels to fit a variety of interests and budgets, it's an excellent value too! For less than $7 per month, your entire family has unlimited chances to explore our nine unique exhibits and educational programming that combine playing and learning. Two Extra Hour Tuesdays for Members Only! 
Yes, that's right! From June 4 - October 29, CML will be open
from 5:15pm - 7:15pm on Tuesdays just for Members!  Come on in and join the fun!

  • Unlimited admission for the entire year
  • Discounts on Birthday Parties and all CML Camps (Summer, Spring Break & Winter Break)

Family Membership
$80 / 1 year or $150 / 2 years

*Important Note: With your ACM Reciprocal Network Privilege included in Explorer and Play memberships, the museum you visit has a right to reasonably restrict the number of members and guests that receive free admission from the Reciprocal Program. The number of complimentary entries at a museum you visit may be different than CML’s membership policy. Most program participants allow four family members with admission. Effective April 1, 2013:

  • The ACM Reciprocal Program will be called the ACM Reciprocal Network.
  • The ACM Reciprocal Network admission policy will shift from free admission for up to four (4) family members from the same household to: 50 percent off general admission for up to six (6) people. Additional visitors must pay current admission price.

OPTIONAL MEMBERSHIP ADD-ONS

Nanny/Guest Pass - $20 per year

The pass can be added to any Membership Level and grants admission for one additional adult or child per visit. Guest Pass must be presented at CML when being used without a Member present.

Romaine Membership - $80

Give the gift of a Romaine Membership for a Lowcountry family in need. These special Romaine Memberships are completely tax-deductible and CML will distribute these memberships to a Lowcountry family in need or to one of several local non-profit organizations, including:

• Area Title One Schools
• Boys & Girls Clubs Canon Street YMCA
• Florence Crittenton Head Start Program
• MUSC Children's Hospital

MEMBERSHIP FAQ

When will I receive my membership cards?
Membership cards typically arrive in the mail approximately 2 weeks after you sign up for a membership; however, your name is in our system as of the day you sign up, so you are welcome to come and visit us anytime!

Do all the members of our family receive membership cards?
Only the adults listed on the membership form will receive cards.

Are guests passes limited to one person?
No, our guest passes are open passes. You will receive a card for your guest pass which will have your last name listed on it, e.g., "Smith Guest Pass."

Do you offer any discounts on membership?
We extend a 10% discount to military personnel and educators.

Lastly, due to generous donations to CML, we are able to offer Romaine Memberships to families in need. Romaine Memberships are complimentary annual memberships to the Museum.
