Special Guests in March and April!

Special guests visit us in March to celebrate our Go Green with CML theme!
During the months of March and April we will be focusing on Lowcountry environmental education and have invited very special guests to help educate our guests on conservation.
•Tiedemann Park Nature Center will visit and teach us about Lowcountry Reptiles on Friday, March 14 at 11 a.m.
•The South Carolina Aquarium will bring special guests on April 8, 25 and 27 all at 10 a.m.
•The Charleston Museum will speak about beautiful birds on April 15 at 11 a.m.
•Join us on April 19 at 11 a.m. when we will have special reptilian visitors from Kiawah Island!

Children’s Museum to Offer FREE ADMISSION Friday, March 14th
Free admission courtesy of the Junior League of Charleston, Inc.
The Junior League of Charleston, Inc. and the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry (CML) will host a Free Friday Family Fest, Friday March 14, from 5-8 p.m. Come enjoy arts and crafts, music, face painting and more!
All visitors will receive FREE admission to the museum after 5 p.m. Dinner from Moe’s Southwest Grill will be provided for all guests. The first 150 families will receive a pass for a complimentary return visit to the museum and a complimentary book. Music by Susie Summers will be provided throughout the evening.
More than 530 children and their families attended the Free Friday Family Fest in January. One family commented, “This is our first visit to the museum, and we are so impressed! The exhibits are fun and interactive—this is such a great way to spend the evening as a family”.
Thanks to the Junior League’s sponsorship, the museum has offered four Free Friday Family Fests during 2007 and 2008.
